Walker Inspection Service offers the "Neighborhood Environmental Report" from EDR.

 

EDR stands for Environmental Data Resources, Inc. They have the largest database of local, state and federal records of known environmental contamination in the United States. This report will inform you of known environmental issues such as leaking underground oil tanks, hazardous waste disposal sites, meth labs, and land fills. The database pulls records within 300 feet of the property, and beyond 300 feet.
